1. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing a license for, installing, or otherwise using Virtlix (the "Software"), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. License grant
Each Virtlix license is issued per-node - it activates on and is bound to exactly one server's public IP address, and permits running guest VPS up to the limit of the pricing plan under which it was issued (or an unlimited number, on plans marked as such). Your license does not transfer to a different server without the IP binding being reset by us first.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the Software on the single licensed node, for as long as the license remains active (or, for Lifetime licenses, indefinitely).
3. Acceptable use
You're responsible for what runs on servers under your Virtlix installation, and for your own end-users' and resellers' compliance with these terms. You agree not to use the Software to:
- Violate any applicable law, or facilitate illegal activity;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license enforcement or VPS limits;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Software itself outside of the licensing terms you were granted;
- Interfere with the operation of our licensing servers or website.
4. Payment, renewals & VPS limits
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment and never expire, and include one year of updates and support from the date of purchase, with optional paid renewal of that support afterward.
Each plan enforces a maximum number of guest VPS per licensed node, shown on our Pricing page and inside the panel itself. Exceeding your plan's limit blocks creating additional VPS until you upgrade; it does not affect VPS you already have running.
5. Refunds
Monthly plans: refundable within 15 days of purchase. Yearly plans: within 30 days. Lifetime licenses: within 7 days. Refund requests go through our Contact page - include your license key.
6. Support & updates
Active licenses (and Lifetime licenses during their included support year) receive panel updates and email support. We don't guarantee any particular response time outside what's stated on our Contact page, though in practice most support requests get a reply well within one business day.
7. Intellectual property
The Software, its source code, and all associated branding remain our property. Your license grants a right to run the Software, not ownership of it. Content you or your end-users create using the Software (VPS data, configurations) remains yours.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for violation of these terms, including attempts to circumvent licensing or VPS limits, or for chargebacks/payment disputes. You may stop using the Software at any time; refunds outside the windows above are handled case by case.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is." We don't warrant it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You're responsible for your own backups, security hardening, and compliance obligations for whatever you run on top of it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software, including data loss on guest VPS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to that claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
